Return policy

General Information

We allow returns up to 14 days after an item is received. All returns must be in new condition with the original packaging. Returned items should be carefully packaged as Pretty Clever Decor is not responsible for items damaged in transit.

Buyer's Remorse Returns

A Buyer's Remorse return is when a customer returns an item without any complaint or grievance, they simply do not want the item or do not need it. This is the most common type of return and we allow Buyer's Remorse returns on all non freight shipments up to 14 days after you received the item. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If the listing had free shipping, any shipping charges paid by Pretty Clever Decor will not be refunded.

Some of our items will require restocking fees if returned without good cause. These fees are at our discretion but will not exceed 20% of the item cost. Restocking fees are only applied to items or orders valued at $100.00 or more. Lesser value items never require restocking fees.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

We provide tracking or delivery confirmation on all orders. If a package is lost or damaged in transit we will take full responsibility and issue a refund or a replacement at our discretion. Should the damaged item need to be returned to us, we will take any and all financial responsibility returning the item. For lesser valued items we will likely just have you send us a digital photo of the damaged product and then have it disposed of.
